Shipping Warehouse
Kuyousport has United States warehouse, United Kingdom warehouse and European warehouse you can select on the product page.
Due to COVID-19, some the export channels of FBA MCF are closed,
and our website DOES NOT support all international shipping temporarily. This means that products in the United States warehouse can only be shipped to the United States; products in the United Kingdom warehouse can only be shipped to the United Kingdom; products in the European warehouse can only be shipped to Germany. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
Shipping Time
Normally, all orders are processed within 2 business days after your payment, and delivered within 3-7 business days. If there is any problem about the order,
we will notify you by email. Our logistics staff are not working on weekends or holidays, this means that orders placed on a Friday or holiday will be dispatched on the Monday
or after holiday. So don't panic if you don't receive your shipping confirmation over the weekend or holiday.

Q: Can I change the delivery address of my order?
A: Please send your change address to our email service@kuyousport.com within 30 mins after purchasing, so that we can change address before cargo shipped out. If the cargo already shipped out from warehouse, we are sorry that can’t change anymore.
Q: When I ordered not only one item,if they all be delivered at the same time.
A: Actually we will try our best to send all our products to you at the same time. Sometimes,our products are not always sent together because of different shipping options.You can receive a shipment notification email of tracking number.
